DAY 30 Grade day, I got a B in Bakery 1! I write great log books and tests, I’m a team player and I encourage people. My finished products and confidence can be better. She didn't say it but I feel like I can plan my work better.
Feels like I did fairly well, I heard what some others got and looks like I might be in the upper half. I need to remember this when I have a bad day.
We prepped for some cakes we are doing this week, I hope we get to eat some. #BakerySchool #Baking #BecomingABaker
