Hey. I saw "Removed padlocks, as encrypted is the default "normal" state. Instead, unencrypted email is marked with a small email / letter (✉️) icon" in the changelog.
I guess you had a discussion on this matter, but maybe you like to hear a user feedback. For me a letter symbol would imply encrypted because envelops of letters are preventing others from reading it. E-Mail in DeltaChat would also be encrypted for me because DC is an encrypted messenger. I hope you know what I mean.
