They have lots car-free cyclepaths & cargo bike styles elsewhere but I beleive they still have issues with people nicking their bikes.
I'd also like lockers to hang waterproof gear so you neither have to get your groceries wet or roast as you drip around doing your shopping (a lot to ask, I know but they did lots more things to enable cars).
