Flipboard is putting emphasis on #surffeeds . So let’s jump on the bandwagon.

If you want to experiment with Surf feeds but aren’t federated, you can still use them as a discovery tool.

Here’s few #Surftips:

• Build your feeds from trusted sources, not just topics
• Try very specific niches (I have food culture) rather than broad subjects
• Use the exclude filters to remove noise and keep feeds focused
• Post directly from Surf into Mastodon or Bluesky
