Yeah, I mean the first was (in the end) a choice between life and death; the second was a choice between having a child and not having a child. We're all good! But it required a lot of therapy for me after the first to even contemplate having a second. And that choice was part of it. Birthing parents take a lot of risks to have children. This is just one fairly small one amongst a whooooole lot more.
