We removed part of the patio and are planning to sow a #lawn! The ground underneath is a mix of soil, stones and patches of sand. Plan is to lay some compost and leave it for a couple weeks before sowing #grass seeds.

First time doing this so #gardening advice appreciated! Particularly on levelling/preparing the ground and ensuring the surrounding path doesn’t become a trip hazard.

(We can’t transport heavy equipment but there is a tool library nearby that we can borrow hand tools from.)
