Good question. The curation process is simple. Each resource on proofofresources.com had to pass three filters.
1. Does it help someone actually use or understand Bitcoin?
2. Is it free or genuinely useful, not just a sales funnel?
3. Would I recommend it to someone who just bought their first satoshi?
If a resource fails any of those, it does not make the list. No affiliate links. No paid placements. Just tools and reading that actually help.
That is why most beginner guides fail. They are cluttered with referral links and promo content that confuses people who are already overwhelmed.
