Funnily enough, I found a French deck today in Alameda, California. So I bought it. Undated, but illustrated with period Breton dress for all the face and joker cards. The 1 (ace) cards just have location pictures, and the other cards only pips.
I estimate late 1980s or 1990s: the maker card (Éditions Dusserre) has a fax number but no web address
