Sorry, a Hash House Harriers thing. It's an urban run derived from fox hunting where they mark a course with flour and, as far as I can tell, you all pretend to be a bunch of hounds chasing a fox. And then a lot of drinking afterwards which I suspect is the real drive.
I've never done one (they're rare here in the States), but it sounds like a complete hoot.
