The Kaiser PA didn’t want to sign the release form for my Oregon Tradeswomen program application because my left hip issues (from falling off my bike… twice in 2 years) are in my medical records and they’re worried about me lifting 50 pounds and bending/squatting repeatedly 🙃
Apparently even my primary care physician can’t sign this, because it’s simply not something they do; they told me to google for places that provide “functional (or physical) capacity exam” services 🙃
