It occurred to me yesterday, that a possible reason that many normies are turned off of FOSS is because so much of the software contains the word 'Libre'.
Librewolf
Libreoffice
and so on.
And, like, I get it, but it does feel a bit, I dunno...desperate, y'know?
"I'm a web browser, and I'm FREE of the constraints of Big Tech. I am at LIBERTY to be a web browser!"
And by extension, anyone using it kinda sounds like the worst sort of libertarian. But I dunno, maybe it's just projection on my part.
