to be fair, I am not sure this particular dongle ever worked with this particular port on this machine, it's one of the dongles with Power Delivery support (which I have found out it, and the other PD dongle, both do by integrating a USB 3.x hub) but when I was first testing, it might have been plugged into the other server which is powered by USB-PD.
