I put my back out yesterday and can barely move.
It's something that has happened several times over the years.
Previously i found that drinking a bottle of Whisky was the only solution to the pain.
Osteopath visits helped but I wonder if anyone has any suggestions other than getting blind drunk and an Osteopath 🙏
