The nice thing about EICAR is that, when properly implemented, it should only produce a hit if it is at the *beginning* of the file (per the EICAR spec itself). Inclusions of EICAR elsewhere are amusing, but should absolutely be false positives that should be fixed.
The Anthropic magic string, by contrast, can appear *anywhere*. The chaos this enables is commensurately greater.
