Maybe if there is zero air traffic.. you have three major airports with takeoff & landing which is just over one flight per minute at each of the airports.. the more I look at the plan the more fantastically impossible it looks.. not only evading all the TCA but unreported by all the airborne traffic awaiting clearance for approach.. no way.
