I would be very cautious of this claim.
Elizabeth Warren running "that operation" seems far fetched to me. It sounds like a distraction and misdirection of our attention.
Not saying Sacks is lying, but Sacks is in no position really to make such a claim that is convincing to me.
There are much more logical candidates for who was actually "running" the Biden admin and commander of the autopen project.
