[ 4thtech/agentlink ] CHORE OPS-DOCS-FASTLANE: A documentation-only pull request now skips the install, build and package tests and runs a quick docs-checks job (knowledge size and links, docs-status drift, vocabulary and retired-scope doc tests, Prettier) so it merges in about 2 to 3 minutes (#769)
* OPS-DOCS-FASTLANE: a docs-only PR runs quick docs-checks instead of the full suite
* OPS-DOCS-FASTLANE: docs-checks also runs the Solidity scan and the deploy docs test; coverage guard; symlink and edge-case tests
* OPS-DOCS-FASTLANE: fix lint (unused assignment, regex spaces)
