Yes all because the ones that don't are going to be considered unsafe and spammy and you won't even be able to receive email from non Bitcoin email providers.

Bitcoin email will reduce spam to almost 0 but most importantly it will stop phishing activities.
Imagine this.. If you dont want to pay for an email subscription then email providers could require a deposit to use their email as a free service. If the customer doesn't spam or do bad activities then they email provider could return the money back to them after 6 months or a year or even the full term.
Spammers and bad actors won't be able to afford to spam.

Bitcoin email completely changes the email game. It will make email much safer.
