Some discussion in the Apple2Infinitum Slack about whether this is a bootleg, a fan-made update, an intentional fraud, or a real commercial rerelease. First, it is the actual full game, not a demo, and not some disk with a printed label and nothing on it. Second, it is copy protected in the same way as previous versions. Third, it is not just a hex edit job (see screenshots); it shows multiple signs that it was created from updated source code.
