I can confirm! Ghee is amazing!
We used to have a dairy in my community and I milked the cows a few days a week. Sometimes there was more milk than we know what to do with so we would make yoghurt or ice cream and one time we made ghee. It was so much work but tasted like heaven. It didn’t last us nearly as long as I had hoped, we put it on everything.
