This is my stance. I am NOT a pro here but I do know mainstream users cause I still am one trying to escape lol. There is so much skill/talent that can be brought here. we’d be shocked at what value they bring. My friend is writing a book & dedicates all to this, she doesn’t want to go mainstream-what if she had a community here who saw the worth. How about artists who spend months creating something that resonates deeply with you, or a musician who didn’t sell out mainstream & you genuinely support their new album. What about someone who comes to Nostr & dedicated their time/account to activism/raising money to send through their wallet & Nostr is how they got started. I’m not disagreeing with concerns or validity that often people lick boots but that can be their business. Others ARE worth it and they would come here to escape the trash they survive in on META if they understood it.
