Elon Musk did create chaos on purpose and he's trying to create excuses to cause political arguments and disrespect other countries. The ban was the only alternative to his rants, but unfortunately it punishes the users more than Elon himself. Twitter is a very informative site and I miss it there a lot. I love Mastodon too. Most Brazilians migrated to Bluesky, but it's never been my favorite site. I like it better here.
