Well..it was an okay day today and it felt good to get 12 miles in on the bike for the first time since the 24th of July..I guess the next question is going to be when do I go back to doing two rides a day? Tomorrow? Maybe..we'll see how I feel when I get up..with the ride in, I was able to eat two meals today without the guilt that has been dogging me since I've been off the bike...entertainment for the night is going to be the Darlington race that is going to last 4 hours..good evening!
