"content": "I asked my \"virtual coach\" to analyse the average HR during my daily mediation sessions and my health data (RHR, HRV) and my trainingload (CTL).\n\nRelation is clear and make sense to me. If I had a heavy workout and as a result my HRV was low and RHR high the night after, also my avg HR during my morning meditation was higher than normal. \n\nThe opposite also applies.
