When you first learn to walk, it takes a lot of focus and holding onto things and walls. But once you've mastered it, you barely thing twice about it and focus on other things.
I think it's similar with most things in life, including the use of AI.
We used to look up things in books, then we googled, and now we can ask AI.
It doesn't mean we lose ourselves, it simply means we can focus more on the things that actually matter to us!
