I wouldn't say it's perfect for privacy because for example the owner of the domain `npub.pro` could know all feeds one IP is trying to request, the same if following many nitter profiles via a single public nitter instance, but it has privacy from others as keeping your "follows" in RSS is not public to the world and no one else can know what your interests are, etc. So I'd just be careful hitting the same domain for RSS's using the same IP address in case that could be a concern
