The issues you raise with competition between firms are mostly resolved by worker #democracy. Those that aren’t can be resolve by wealth and income redistribution to address #inequality. Monopolies being inefficient is compatible with monopolies being immensely profitable. They profit at the expense of consumer product quality or unreasonable prices in the long term. Part of capitalism’s inefficiency is insufficiently competitive markets and oligopoly.
