Now when you have a problem of any kind, you can't speak to someone who can help you. Now you have to listen to a string of options press a few buttons then answer a load of questions before eventually you are told "Call volumes are unexpectedly high; the average wait is currently xx minutes, you could try the website...." Apparently this is more efficient than having a person answer the phone and transfer you to someone who sorted the problem out, or arrange to meet to do so!
