there's no plan to expand BU Bridge capacity, so the right thing to do is reduce capacity leading to it so that people choose other routes (including just taking the T). The only increase in capacity that should be discussed is bus priority (which may include queue jumps or bus lanes) to get the bus through the bridge faster.
