We all spend too much time looking down at our phones and laptops. This 'tech neck' can lead to all sorts of issues. I've started incorporating specific neck and upper back stretches into my daily routine. I log these sessions in the app and they've become a non-negotiable part of my day.
I'm also much more mindful of how I hold my phone. I try to bring the screen up to eye level instead of looking down. It feels a bit silly at first, but it's much better for my spine. Stay upright, everyone!
