I've just told 2 doctors and a trainee doctor. Hopefully they can let the ward know that it's a struggle.

They said they could do it as outpatient but the difference is.

As an inpatient I get my scan back the same day.
As an outpatient I have to wait 6 weeks for my scan and then atlest 4 weeks for the result.

I'm looking at two possibilities that will kill me if not treated. One is slow acting and one is fast acting so they're trying to figure out which thing it is quickly so I can get the right treatment.

They've said they might do a biopsy of my lacrymal glands or pancreas at some point. I don't like the idea of a needle near my eye but I managed to get through the lumbar puncture so I can do this too, I've got to find out.

They told me now that the doctors are either meeting this week or next week but yeah...it just means I will be here for a while.

I just heard a patient who is sat across for me try to tell a doctor almost word for word what I just told the other doctors. This patient only arrived last night...I have been here since Saturday suffering through crippling overstimulation... I shouldn't be mad but I do feel a bit upset...
Maybe they do feel the same way, maybe they are also neurodivergent (?) but they're in here for diabetes whereas I'm literally in here because there's a problem with my brain that is causing the migraines and problems with my eye muscles backed up by my MRI scans and I've been in here longer and have been told I will be in here much longer than originally stated. :kekw: fruuuustrated 😂😭
