I helped my daughter cook a quiche tonight. There were a couple of bumps, but honestly she did a really good job.
A lot of what I do is general guidance and try to not touch anything.
I tried an experiment in #accessibility today by cracking the eggs into an 8 ounce mason jar and having her shake the jar to bear the eggs. She doesn't have enough arm and grip strength to do it vigorously enough. Win some, lose some. Even though a whisk is a bit of a challenge, it's a better choice. #DownSyndrome #cooking #food #foodporn
