Interesting to compare the die show against the pinout map from the datasheet. Only 32 pins are brought out, however quite a few more seem to be bonded out. 65, if I counted right. Granted, some just break power pins out, but not at two times the amount?

If anyone knows where the rest goes, do let us all know. I don't think there were any other dies in the package.
