I've said the same thing many times: they're the first generation in all of human history to rebel against their parents AND their kids. Their parents were calling them the "Me Generation" back in the 70's. Boy did they get that right.

One thing I try to keep in mind: it wasn't just "only" temptation. The Jews work hard to make living conditions so awful - to make rising above it all so difficult - that many, if not most, will seek refuge in some kind of vice.
