Got a new workout plan for everyone. This one is more like a bro split. So we have legs, chest and tris, back and bis, legs again, upper body (to get sufficient sets and volume), and an optional 6th day for any areas you think need extra work.

There are 2 weeks, A and B, for variety and to help hit muscles in different ways (example: overhead movements work your triceps in ways pushdowns can't).
