I think about this stuff every time I go to the dentist for example. He's a nice fella but he has to spend all day with his hands in people's mouths like some kind of weird punishment.
Or the reception ladies who have to deal with cranky customers because the booking system is munted and the owners refuse to pay for one that works properly. Or the patients who wasted a day of annual leave only to find out they didn't actually have a booking after all.
