I'm keeping an eye on the configurations and make adjustments if ppl set invalid filters. Some of them I didn't even expect to be aloud:
* country_code ommission: just `/setfilter code` is not working, probably interpreted as `false` and will never match.
* lat,lon: Canada has a negative `lon` else ending up in Siberia. Something with "East" and "West". Best to just put a pin in Google Maps and inspect the coordinates in the pop over.
* strange quotes (unicode) seem to be accepted, but breaking the filter
