Watched the playback of Manchester City Council’s “Environment, climate change, and neighbourhoods” scrutiny ctte earlier.

* a promise to get rid of all the anti-cycling barriers
* more school streets (with enforcement)
* serious consideration being given to stopping pavement parking
* reducing speed limits is going to happen!!
