Agreed, it gets really old. I've deleted all of them except MeWe, Nostr, Tusky (Mastodon) and X. X is just a PWA now, though the app is still on my phone since the PWA doesn't allow me to upload media, but almost all of my time is away from big tech social networks.
Also, if people wondered what MeWe is, it's a privacy-friendy Facebook alternative, no algos and a pretty great community, so I don't mind hanging out there.
