At full vacuum, there aren't enough ions to push it round; nevertheless, a Nostrian student mentioned 'reactionless thrust' a few months ago, something that I used to be really interested in, so I plan to put an old electrostatic motor in a vacuum chamber to see if 'reactionless thrust' is still science fiction.
