It was WAY too hot to do anything except sit inside the fridge the past few days here in El Salvador so we took this opportunity to fast.
We are mostly carnivore of late and I have to say, we were about 37 hours in when I checked and I am so pleased with the numbers here! My body is totally eating itself into good health!
Yum-yum away dear wonderful healing-machine of a meat-suit!!
And that was the temperature for us indoors! Went between 31 and 32 C. HOT!!
