Here is the thing about the "rapture". The Book of Revelation is not supposed to be taken literally any more than the stories of creation in the Garden of Eden in Genesis. The spiritual lessons in these stories exist on a much deeper level than time. We aren't supposed to be reading Revelation and figuring out where we are in the news.
Counting on a #rapture or Jesus the Christ to return in human form to wave a magic wand so we don't have to address life's challenges is an avoidance mechanism.
