This modality allows justice to advance even when accused are fugitives or in territories where extradition is not possible. The resolution is in line with international human rights standards and has been praised by organizations such as Memoria Activa. The incorporation of this modality is seen as a significant step towards justice for the victims of the AMIA bombing, which occurred 31 years ago." ]
nostr:nprofile1qy3hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtt5v4ehgmn9wshxkwrn9ekxz7t9wgejumn9waesqgztv30rku97amw69sdu6lnsr9qxzg3z7gs7sahywjj3z8c58pk33qx38w9t
https://resizer.glanacion.com/resizer/v2/2SSSZRYNCZBFLDMTPCCX5ORFOM.jpg?auth=2dd57de1cf0efdfa1d4ed21d1ae42a36062d073cb347fef15adf4ae05fa2de99&smart=true&width=5616&height=3744

https://www.lanacion.com.ar/editoriales/juicio-en-ausencia-garantia-de-justicia-nid20102025/
b6bc93a29c85484185cbdeb2cb74bb09ab5711dce455c436eb7b1f7111b807f6aaff999d895f5a2027b4b8c8b4c06c9c3562bab5a398304cf2bfc3067f6e27a7" }
