My GP knows how I feel about AI. The practice is using Heidi but he assured me that the transcription service saves him a lot of time each day and more importantly, that all data is stored locally.
Heidi is in more than fifty countries... their website has more.

While that's pushing the 'local' concept a bit, I trust my doctor's opinion on this one. It's a tool which improves his productivity and as long as the AI is just taking notes, I'm O'K with that.
When it starts trying to diagnose me, I may change my mind.
