So I'm thinking the answer to this, whether it goes into effect or not, is to encourage every married woman who changed her name to get that documented in court. I know, stupid thing and all, but it's probably a good idea for other reasons having nothing to do with voting anyway. Also, that "original birth certificate" thing is lame as hell. My mother accidentally left me too close to it when I was barely able to sit up as an almost toddler, and I tore the sticker off. I've had a replacement ever since. What they gonna do about that???
