Context: we've semi-often requests in the Mastodon moderation UI for showing things like account warnings and appeals in the chronological conversation that happens via Report Notes.
Originally we kept the audit log separate from the report notes, which were mostly intended for handing over information between on-call moderators, since the audit log was fairly unstructured & we didn't have a good way to render it that wasn't confusing.
