It builds the web of trust through looking at who you follow and who follows them.

It determines which relays to keep on the database by reliability and kicks off the unreliable ones if their score drops below 50%.

It's something that definitely needs more work done to it, but that's why I want people to test it.

I have it up and running at wss://dmblastr.bitcoinku.sh and you can use it if you're in my web of trust.
