Location matters not to humidity. The first 6 feet above the surface of the water is the most humid place you’ll ever find. That is, after all, where humidity comes from. Boats are full of all kinds of smells. I never had a problem with that in the desert air of Montana. But memory foam doesn’t really grow mold. I keep my bedding clean-ish.

I’m in Maryland, now; the Chesapeake. We’ll see how it goes. It still gets a little chili here, at night. I stay in bed in the mornings until my bladder simply can’t take it any more. And once I’m awake, I’m looking for coffee! Life wouldn’t be worth living without coffee. And once that happens, I’m awake for the day.

I also like to keep moving. When you’re in new place every week, there’s too much exploring to be done to sleep until noon. Today is the final day of the spring sailboat show in Annapolis and there’s a few free seminars I want to be at. Then I’m prepping for Rockhall on Wednesday. Then a sail back to Annapolis because my parents are coming to visit. Then I’m going on a longer adventure to St. Michaels, Oxford and, Solomons. Then I’m going to head north to NYC and Boston and, everything in between. With ablative paint on the bottom, I need to keep moving to keep the it clean.
