A report by the American Energy Institute (AEI) accuses the Environmental Law Institute's Climate Judiciary Project (CJP) of corruptly influencing judges and promoting climate alarmism. The report claims that CJP is a partner to public plaintiffs suing energy providers and has trained over 2,000 judges, and that its materials are prepared by activist academics and contain pro-plaintiff messaging.
