Ok sooooo..... Today I met him. I had a meeting with a community leader, and this was his right hand man. We met at their shop, where they have a displayed high water line from a freak storm which hit in 2020 and flooded the shop with almost 5 feet of water despite it not being in a flood plane.

What would you do if you were me?

A) go back and try to casually make sure there's exits and maybe mention I had really bad dreams about him before I met him and he should watch out for floods

B) tell myself to not be a crazy person, my dreams are probably not prophetic even though sometimes they are. Sometimes they're just convoluted so maybe it was just about meeting this dude and hearing a story of flooding, even though this dude did not work there during the flooding event in 2020

C) look up poly market and see if I can place bets on a high elevation mountain town getting freak flooding again in 2026

I went down into the basement and found there was not only standing water up to my waist, but a dead man drowned down there long ago enough that he was puffy and discolored.

As sometimes happens, the dream repeated itself many times last night. Each time different house, different layout, but go down into the basement and the water is there. The dead man is there.

It was the same man each time though. I could recognize him if I saw him in the streets.

There's no basement here or where I'm going or honestly in most homes I've ever lived in so idk. I was scrolling Zillow before bed last night so some of those basement having homes might have influenced my subconscious 🤷‍♀️
